Flew into Sydney and had a one day layover before my overnight train to Melbourne. I started going around the city with my bags but that was a very slow and inconvenient way to travel. I set out on an online search and found BagsAway. Loved the idea and the execution. Dropped off my bags and went all around Sydney, great service!

We only had a few days to spend in Sydney so each moment counted. We had a full last day before our evening flight and really didn't want to carry our bags around slowing us down. We used a similar service in Europe. We contacted customer support, they helped us find a storage location and gave us a discount code. Got to see the botanical gardens and stroll the city and harbour.

Used BagsAway on another trip and was happy to find locations in Sydney! We arrived super early and dropped off our bags close to the harbour. Got a chance to see the Opera House, the bridge and the heart of the city before our checkin' later in the afternoon away from the center.

My husband and I wanted to take a trip to do some whale watching for a couple of days with nothing but our bagpacks, but finding a place to store them proved to be a much biger challenge than we thought. Leaving our bags at the airport was a total inconvenience. I found bagsaway online and decided to give it a go and glad we did! Lady at the shop was also very nice, highly recommended.
